Answers.

 Q. What price do I use to determine which warranty to purchase. The list price or what I actually paid for the camcorder (Video Camera)?
 A. The actual purchase price of the camcorder (Video Camera), excluding tax and shipping, is used when determining which price tier of warranty to purchase.

 Q. I purchased a Camcorder (Video Camera) elsewhere. I did not opt for their extended warranty. Can I purchase one of the extended warranties you have for sale?
 A. Yes. Extended warranties may be purchased from us even if the product was purchased elsewhere.

 Q. How long do I have to purchase a plan?
 A. It is advised that a plan be purchased as soon as possible. You may wait until it is close to the deadline, however, if work needs to be done on the product before this time, the warranty Company will not validate the plan when you register.  When you purchase a plan and you recieve it, you must go online and register. When they ask for the serial number of the TV they will see that work has been done to it. They will not continue the registration process and will ask that you contact us for a return. If the  plan was purchased prior to any work being done, the warranty remains valid for the entire length of it.

 Q. If I am beyond the allowable time to purchase one of these extended warranties, is there anything I can do or buy to get a plan?
 A. This question is commonly asked. unfortunately the answer is no. We have contacted each warranty Company on several occasions asking this. They all stand behind their policy rules. They express the reason is to protect themselves from claims deriving from Customers that may have purchased and are attempting to exercise the plan while the product is defective.

 Q. Which warranty should I buy and why are the prices so different?
 A. Excellent question. Each warranty provides a clear description of what is covered on our website. Some even have links to the Manufacturers home page. You may also contact one of our Customer Service representatives at 1.888.910.3888 or visit our
contact us page to send us an email.

The prices are different as the service varies. There are levels of service that people want or prefer. For example, Mack Diamond offers an annual cleaning, Warrantech does not. Repairtech allows 335 days after product purchase, based on a 1 year parts and labor Manufacturers waranty,  to buy their plan, Mack, Warrantech, & Panasonic allow only 30. Mack was established in 1938, Warrantech in 1971.

Please do not overly concern yourself with this question. We only chose to offer the top companies in their field. They all provide excellent service and have many happy and repeat Customers.

 Q. Please explain the duration of the warranties and how long they will cover me
 A. To make it clear we will set an example for a Camcorder which currently has a 1 Year warranty and you are within the allowable window.
(Please see Question How long do I have to purchase a plan?) to determine allowable window.

If you purchase any of these warranties, here is the duration you will have.

 A. No. The Panasonic plans are designed only for Panasonic Camcorders (Video Cameras) .

 Q. Can I purchase one of the JVC plans on a non JVC product?
 A. Yes. The JVC plans were not designed solely for JVC Camcorders (Video Cameras) .

 Q. How does this all work?
 A.
This is how it works:

1. You purchase the warranty online or by telephone 888.910.3888. You will provide only your payment information and address.

2. You base your purchase on the selling price (what you paid before shipping and tax)

3. We ship you the warranty by Priority Mail or UPS.

4. You receive it, open the seal, and either go online or call them to register.

5. They will then ask for information about the Camcorder (Video Camera). (serial no., membership or warranty no., date purchased, etc..)

6. If all is entered correctly, it will validate and provide all the information in the event you need service.
